AER's systems back up
Replaced aging servers
The Alberta Energy Regulator's website called the Integrated Application Registry came back up today (Mar 1). It had been down for 5 days.
One of the purposes of the outage was to replace aging servers and IP routing schemes.
During that time, no applications were approved by the regulator. Also no orders for past application documents were filled.
During the outage, AppIntel, Regaware's application website was still up and functioning properly. AppIntel subscribers were still able to get applications on demand from AppIntel.
